Welcome to the
2008 CANADIAN TRAPSHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Thursday, June 26 to Sunday, June 29, 2008
Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada
The historic Hamilton Gun Club (circa 1882) offers all three American clay target disciplines: trap, skeet and sporting clays.

The trap facilities encompass 12 programme traps and 3 practice traps.
All tournament fields for the 2008 Canadian Trapshooting Championships have:
new Pat-Traps®,
Canterbury® wireless voice releases,
White Flyer® orange dome targets.

On top of “Hamilton Mountain”, (part of the Niagara Escarpment), with a treeless, all sky background and a ground-covered, custom-made berm in the distance for a sound barrier. “Personal bests” are often experienced & witnessed on the trapfields here!

The clubhouse offers a full kitchen with delicious diner-style food available for breakfast and lunch and ammunition will be available for sale at current market prices at the shell house.
(this way you can fill both your pouches!)

Off campus, we also have several restaurants close by – be sure to check out the “Egg & I” (family diner) a popular local eatery amongst the shooters and visitors to Hamilton Gun Club - and “Boston Pizza” (which has so much more than pizza) is a genuine favourite amongst many as well!

When you shoot here, you understand why the Hamilton Gun Club is the première shooting facility in Canada!
